Questions
The things people ask first.
And a few they don't ask but want to know.
What actually happens in a session?
We talk first — about what you're hoping for, what you'd rather avoid, and anything about your body I should know. That conversation isn't a formality; it shapes everything after it.
Then massage, moving between techniques depending on what your body responds to. You'll be asked, more than once, how something feels. Answering honestly is the whole point.
If you want to know exactly how far a session goes, ask me on WhatsApp rather than guessing. I'm asked most days, I don't find it forward, and I'd far rather tell you before you book than have you arrive unsure.
Where is the studio?
Market Harborough, in Leicestershire, with discreet parking. That should tell you whether the journey works for you. The exact address goes out once your session is confirmed, and I don't share it before that — for my safety and yours.
How do I book?
WhatsApp, with me. There's no booking form and no calendar to fight — you message, we find a time, and I'll tell you anything you need to know before the day. Start here.
What are my boundaries and how do I set them?
You set them before we begin, out loud, and I'll ask questions until I'm sure I've understood. Anything you name as off-limits stays off-limits without discussion.
You can change them mid-session, in either direction, and you never have to explain why. Saying stop ends it immediately with no awkwardness and no argument about the fee.
What do I wear? What do I take off?
Come in whatever you're comfortable in. What comes off is decided by you, in the conversation before we start, and can change once we've begun.
Is there a deposit?
Yes, on every appointment. The address is released once it's paid, and the deposit comes off the price of the session.
You can pay it by payment link or with an Amazon voucher, whichever you'd rather — some people prefer the voucher, and that's a completely normal thing to prefer.
Give me more than 24 hours' notice and the deposit moves to another appointment. Cancel at short notice and it's lost, which is simply because the slot can't be filled by then.
On Pay As You Feel Friday the deposit is £50, and it comes off whatever you decide the session was worth.
Can I book with my partner?
Yes. Couples' sessions work with one or both of us — tell me what you're imagining when you message and I'll tell you what's possible.
Will I be filmed?
Not in an ordinary session. Never. No cameras, no recording, nothing.
Filming happens on one day a month and one only: Half Price Wednesday, where it's the stated trade for the half price. Even then it's anonymous, covered by a written release you sign beforehand, and you can stop it at any point without the price changing. Pay As You Feel Friday is never filmed, and neither is any ordinary booking.
How discreet is this really?
I don't take addresses, so nothing can arrive at your home. I never send mailers. If you give me an email you'll hear from me no more than once a week, and never more than that.
You're also welcome to use whatever name you like. I work under one myself, for the same reasons you might want to.
